Dr. Beth Hollander is a clinical psychologist, licensed in the states of New York (license number 019842) and Maryland (license number 07082). She received an AB in Psychology from Brown University. Dr. Hollander attended Hofstra University’s Clinical and School Psychology doctoral program, where she received her Master’s Degree with Distinction and Ph.D.
Dr. Hollander has worked in various settings, including several outpatient facilities in the North Shore Long Island Jewish Hospital System and the Student Counseling Center at Adelphi University. Dr. Hollander has treated people struggling with (among others) Generalized Anxiety, Depression, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, and Borderline Personality Disorder.
Dr. Hollander is the President-Elect, Programming Chair, and Website Chair of the Suffolk County Psychological Association. She was named Psychologist of the Year by the Suffolk County Psychological Association in 2022.
